Ventec have a wide range of products servicing the pre preg laminate market and are constantly upgrading and developing their range.
In Shanghai, Ventec manufacture a very wide range of thin laminates and prepregs. These include standard Tg dicy-cured epoxy, high-reliability phenolic-cured epoxy, high-reliability halogen-free, with low-Dk halogen-free in development, low-Dk epoxy, with lower-Dk in development and a full range of polyimide products, including prepregs for hole filling, together with low-flow and no-flow variants.
Core thicknesses of 50 microns fall within standard capability, 40 micron is being delivered in sample quantities and 25 micron is in development, with copper foils in thicknesses down to 5 micron.
